Tandoori chicken



I made this dish when I just watched an Indian chef at his restaurant made Tandoori Chicken. It was delicious!!


Ingredients:

- Skinless chicken parts (I used thighs).



The rub:

- Onion, garlic, green chilis and ginger paste.

- Paprika powder.

- Lemon Juice.

- Chili powder.

- Garam masala.

- Black pepper.



The Marinate (mix together):

- Plain low fat yogurt.

- Lemon juice.

- Paprika powder.

- Garam Masala.

- Black Pepper.

- Chili powder.

Directions:

Rub chicken with the rub, dont forget to make a slit on every chicken.

Dump all the chicken into the marinate, mix well until all chicken are coated.

Refrigerate 1 hour to 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake the chicken on a rack for an hour. And broil until they are done.

Serve with grilled onions and peppers.
