It was delicious!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Skinless chicken parts (I used thighs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The rub:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Onion, garlic, green chilis and ginger paste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Paprika powder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Lemon Juice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Chili powder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Garam masala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Black pepper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Marinate (mix together):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Plain low fat yogurt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Lemon juice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Paprika powder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Garam Masala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Black Pepper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Chili powder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rub chicken with the rub, dont forget to make a slit on every chicken.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dump all the chicken into the marinate, mix well until all chicken are coated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refrigerate 1 hour to 24 hours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake the chicken on a rack for an hour. Garlicky, sweet and you can make it as spicy as you want. This dish could be for vegetarian.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;- Tofu (the one that you buy from chinese store, cubed and fried half way.&lt;br /&gt;- Bean sprout, soaked in hot water.&lt;br /&gt;- Vermicelli noodles, cook as directed. Drained well.&lt;br /&gt;- Rice cake (you can buy rice cake pouch and cook for 1 hour), cubed.&lt;br /&gt;- Cucumber, diced.&lt;br /&gt;- Indonesian sweet soy sauce.&lt;br /&gt;- Rice crackers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peanut dressing:&lt;br /&gt;- Fresh garlic.&lt;br /&gt;- Thai chillies, steamed.&lt;br /&gt;- Peanut butter.&lt;br /&gt;- Warm water.&lt;br /&gt;- Salt to taste.&lt;br /&gt;- Sugar, if needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;- On a wide plate, put garlic, chili, and salt. Mash them with the back of a spoon until almost it comes to a paste.&lt;br /&gt;- Add the peanut butter, stir then add warm water. My mom often made me this dish when I was living with her. Also this dish you can have it whenever. Sweet and buttery.. yum..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 lb Chicken legs/wings/thigh cut small.&lt;br /&gt;- Lime juice.&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tsp garlic powder.&lt;br /&gt;- Salt.&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cloves of garlic, minced.&lt;br /&gt;- 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and crushed.&lt;br /&gt;- 1 onion, sliced into strips.&lt;br /&gt;- 3 springs green onion, slice diagonally.&lt;br /&gt;- White pepper.&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 stick of butter.&lt;br /&gt;- Oil for frying.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sauce (mix together):&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.&lt;br /&gt;- 2 to 3 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce.&lt;br /&gt;- 2 to 3 tbsp oyster soy sauce.&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp shaoshing cooking wine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;- Mix the 1st 4 ingredients, let it marinate for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;- Heat oil the fry the chicken until slightly browned. Drain.&lt;br /&gt;- Heat a wok or a pan then add the butter.&lt;br /&gt;- Add garlic and ginger cook until fragrant then mix in onion and green onion.&lt;br /&gt;- Stir in the sauce cook until bubbly then mix in the chicken stir untul chicken well coated. This dish is a sweet and mild spicy dish. I got this recipe from one of my multiply contacts, mbak Susi in Jakarta (ibutio's).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket" src="http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g35/mykiky/IMG_0333.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lb Chicken chunks (I prefer the boney ones)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp lime juice.&lt;br /&gt;- 3 stalks of lemongrass, thinly sliced.&lt;br /&gt;- A bunch of lemon basil, torned.&lt;br /&gt;- 4 laurel leaves (bay leaves), torned.&lt;br /&gt;- 1 big tomatoe thinly sliced.&lt;br /&gt;- Banana leaves for wrapping.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spices (ground into paste):&lt;br /&gt;10 shallots or 1/2 of onion.&lt;br /&gt;4 cloves of garlic.&lt;br /&gt;2 fresh red long peppers, seeded.&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp ground turmeric.&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp ground galangal.&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp ground ginger.&lt;br /&gt;4 candle nuts or macademians.&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp salt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;- Coat chicken with salt and lime juice, masage them for a bit then let marinate for 15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;- Mix the marinated chicken with grounded spices, basil, laurel leaves, tomato and lemongrass until well blended, refrigerated for 1 hour.&lt;br /&gt;- Take the banana leaves put about 2 tbsp of chicken mixture wrap into tube, fold the both ends and staple.
